Prep the client for the Cordoba Legal Group welcome call — read this before transferring.

"So I'm going to transfer you to Cordoba Legal Group, and they're going to ask you a series of questions that need to be answered correctly. I'm going to prepare you for the questions so you know exactly how they need to be answered. It's important to complete this last step, and they need clear YES and NO answers."

1 · Verify basic info

"They'll ask you to verify your basic info — your name, address, birthdate, social, and email — so just answer those when they ask."

2 · Three quick questions — all NO

3 · The wordy questions — the easy rule

They'll ask about 7–8 questions that are kind of wordy. To make it easy to remember: if the question starts with "Were you made aware…" or ends with "…Do you understand and agree?" — the answer is always YES.

4 · Confirm the debts & payment

"Then they'll go over the debts they're paying off, the payment amount and payment date, and you'll confirm and agree to that."

5 · Have these ready

Make sure the client has their routing and account number handy — Cordoba will have them read it back.

"Other than that, it's pretty straightforward — so I'm going to get Cordoba on the line and introduce you, and then you'll finish the welcome call with them. Ok? Perfect. Ok, stay on the line with me while I bring them on the line……"
