Step-by-step for adding a contact, pulling credit, and transferring in the Forth CRM.
Adding Contact
  1. At the top of the Contacts page, in the purple bar, click Add a Contact.
  2. Confirm these with the client as you enter them:
    • "Okay great, go ahead and confirm the correct spelling of your first and last name."
    • "Thank you — and is this the best number to reach you in case we get disconnected?"
    • "And what's a good email address for you?"
    • "What is your current home address?"
    • "Got it. Now, can you confirm your date of birth for me?"
    • "And lastly, please verify your social. (if they're not comfortable, just ask for the last 4)"
Type in the contact info and address info — all starred boxes.
  3. Click SAVE AND EXIT (green button, left side of screen).
Pulling Credit
  1. Say as the credit pulls / you transition:
    • "OKAY, GREAT — IT'LL JUST TAKE A MOMENT FOR THAT TO LOAD INTO OUR SYSTEM." (transition to pulling credit · go over debt and edit debts · when over $7K, put in QA channel before transfer)
    • "OK, I'M GOING TO BRING MY LEAD UNDERWRITER ON THE LINE TO GO OVER YOUR FINAL APPROVAL…" (in the transfer channel, post link and wait to be assigned a closer)
Click DEBTS (grey button, top right).
  2. Click the PULL CREDIT button (under the Debts tab).
  3. Click the purple TransUnion button and credit will pull 🙂
  4. Click EDIT DEBTS (grey button, right of screen). Then look at the debt type column, scroll to the right, and check / uncheck the debt box in the "Enrolled" column.
  5. When the client has more than $7k of debt:
    1. Copy and paste the Forth link into the CREDIT PULL QA channel on Slack.
    2. When QA approves it, copy and paste the same Forth link into the agent transfer channel on Slack — with the debt amount and partner name that QA gave you.
    3. A manager will then find a closer for you and tell you to transfer (follow transfer instructions) 🙂
⚡ One‑click auto‑copy (recommended): drag the green button below up to your bookmarks bar once. Then, while you're on the Forth debts page, click it — it grabs the link and the Current Debt Amount and copies it ready for Slack.
⚡ Copy Forth link + debt ↑ drag me up to the bookmarks bar, then click me on the debts page

    Or do it by hand:

    Forth link Debt

Paste the Forth link from your browser bar, type the debt, hit Copy, then paste it in Slack.
