Step-by-step for adding a contact, pulling credit, and transferring in the Forth CRM.
Adding Contact
At the top of the Contacts page, in the purple bar, click Add a Contact.
At the top of the Contacts page, click Add a Contact in the purple bar (circled in red).
Type in the contact info and address info โ all starred boxes.
Click SAVE AND EXIT (green button, left side of screen).
The green Save And Exit button, lower-left of the form (circled in red).
Pulling Credit
Click DEBTS (grey button, top right).
On the contact's page, the Debts tab is at the far right of the tab row (circled in red).
Click the PULL CREDIT button (under the Debts tab).
Under the Debts tab, click Pull Credit Report (circled in red).
Click the purple TransUnion button and credit will pull ๐
Open the Pull Credit Report dropdown (โพ) and choose TransUnion (the purple option) โ credit will pull.
Click EDIT DEBTS (grey button, right of screen). Then look at the debt type column, scroll to the right, and check / uncheck the debt box in the "Enrolled" column.
The Edit Debts button, to the right under the Debts tab (circled in red).After Edit Debts, the debts list appears โ scroll right to the Enrolled column to check/uncheck each debt. (Dollar amounts & score hidden.)
When the client has more than $7k of debt:
Copy and paste the Forth link into the CREDIT PULL QA channel on Slack.
When QA approves it, copy and paste the same Forth link into the agent transfer channel on Slack โ with the debt amount and partner name that QA gave you.
A manager will then find a closer for you and tell you to transfer (follow transfer instructions) ๐
